[/size]Boring, boring, boring. It was hardly fair that a break from school, that had been supposed to be so much fun, turned out so extremely boring. Claire had nothing, what so ever, to do and she was bored to hell, she couldn't stand it. She was only a mere human, she needed some excitement. And her, out of all the people on earth, wanted excitement? She was living with a pack of werewolves and she wanted excitement? All she had to do was go home and spend some time with those lazy lads.. She could probably get some adrenaline pumping in their blood if she wanted to. She was a smart girl she would figure out how. She could make a bet with them.. Who could run to the through the whole forest and back again the fastest. Or.. Who could take down a dear the fastest. Iuw, the last one kind of creeped her out. She definitely didn't want to see a dead animal in front of her. A shiver went through her spine as she imagined the dead animal in front of her. She didn't understand how they, sometimes, where able to eat that sort of things. It was so disgusting to think of but it was natural wolf behaviour, she guessed. They did eat regular human food when they where in their human form, so it really wasn't that bad. They mostly did stay in their human forms so she would be able to understand what they where saying. Or at least Quil would.
Why she wasn't going home to the others she wasn't quite sure and now she had ended up in the forest path. She was looking around, stunned to see how beautiful it was even in the winter where everything else seemed to be so.. Ugly and depressing. Everything was covered with a light blanket of snow. It was the same snow that had fallen yesterday.
It was quite pretty to walk around out here and look at the pretty blanket. Claire loved the snow like any other kid. She used to play a lot it in when being very little but had kind of grown out of playing in that when she got older. It just started to seem to cold for her. She remembered loving making snow angels and snowmen. She giggled slightly by the thought of it and brushed a strand of her golden locks away from her face.
She continued walking, still looking fascinated up in the big trees. It reminded her much of the woods back home in La Push and Forks though she could easily see the difference between the two forests. She sighed, once. She felt kind of home sick, she had to admit. She missed her aunt Emily a little and, even though they had never really been there, she missed telling her mother goodbye every morning. But she absolutely loved being here and would never ever leave! The reason to this was, of course, because Quil was here. She would always want to stay by his side.
"Hmm" She murmured as she stopped and pulled her open jacket tighter around her body. She shivered and bit her lip. She suddenly regretted leaving home and going out in the forest. She could have been sitting in Quils warm arms rather then wandering around in the cold woods. She seaked a dry place to sit and soon found a log that wasn't covered, entirely, in snow. If she brushed a little of the snow away and sat on some of her jacket she wouldn't get wet.
And so she made her way over to the log, brushed the snow away, pulled her jacket as far down as she could and then sat down on the log, legs crossed.
